Platform sessions: Isolated browser profiles (cookies) for connected platforms. These are encrypted and never shared.

Content: Photos and videos you upload for scheduling. These are temporary unless saved to your Content Vault.

Usage data: Post counts, AI-assisted generation counts, and analytics metrics to enforce tier limits and improve the service.

We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Payment instrument details are processed and stored securely by our payment provider. We may collect billing information necessary to process your payment.

We use your data to provide the core service: scheduling posts, automating messages, generating AI-assisted content suggestions, and showing analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Temporary uploads: Deleted automatically after all scheduled posts complete (or within 7 days of upload).

Vault content: Kept until you delete it or your account is closed.

Account data: Kept until you delete your account. After a confirmed deletion request to [email protected], data is purged within 30 days.

Analytics: Aggregated metrics are retained indefinitely for platform insights.

We use cookies for authentication (JWT token storage), theme preferences, and draft state. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We use third-party AI providers for AI-assisted text and image features. Your prompts are sent to these providers for processing. When you use AI features on conversations (such as AI reply suggestions), the relevant messages are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. We do not share your account data or platform credentials with them.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run Winkinky: a payment processor, an email delivery service, a social-media connection service, hosting and security infrastructure, and AI providers. They receive only the data needed to perform their function.
